Aiming Towards Achieving PIFRA Goals With Precision By

Numerous parallel activities and visits are planned to be carried out this year to set a landmark in achieving the desired goals and objectives laid down in AG office Punjab. In Regional Directorate Lahore, the PIFRA activities are in full swing. It ranges from site preparation and activation to training and workshops. The sapling of PIFRA I has now grown into a young tree as PIFRA II. All the roll-out sites for DAO Jehlum and Gujranwala have been prepared in the month of March this year followed by Gujrat, Sheikhupura and Sargodha respectively. The remaining 08 Roll-out sites are expected to be ready for activation in April this year. All these sites are visited by the officers of PIFRA Directorate on regular basis to ensure its completion on the schedule target dates.

As for the Replication Sites, a detailed physical survey of DAOs have been conducted by the Director General (Operation) along with the newly hired Dy. Chief Engineer. Efforts are made to activate the replication sites within this year. Along with this activity the offices of the EDOs (F&P) have also been taken up for rennovation/refurbishment so as to ensure district budget preparation, monitoring, reports and its connectivity with the DAOs concerned and FD Punjab accordingly. In this connection, a detailed physical survey has started to ascertain the basic lab requirements in the offices of the EDOs (F&P) all over Punjab so as to start necessary civil/electric works along with procurement of furniture.
