At some sites the connection type will be PTCL (DXX) and at others it may be NTC (DSL). The necessary hardware has been provided at all the five sites and Operational Acceptance Testing (OAT) has been carried out by Siemens. The electricity connections for extra load at the sites will be provided as soon as the sites are made ready for use.

In order to expedite the timely completion of sites in all respects, the Director met Chairman Wapda and apprised him about the significance and importance of this Project. The Chairman Wapda issued necessary directions to LESCO and MEPCO Authorities for extending corporation immediately. The remaining Rollout sites including Kasur, Okara, Sahiwal, Khanewal, Multan, Bahawalpur, DG Khan and Rahim Yar Khan have been handed over to the contractors. Accordingly the work has been started and demand notice for extension of electric load are in process.
