FABS Training under PIFRA II
Current Budget of the District Government in NWFP has been prepared according to the New Chart of Accounts (CoA). Moreover, offices of the EDOs (F&P) are brought up on SAP System and connected to DAOs and FD NWFP. To facilitate this huge change, a training session on NAM and CoA was arranged in collaboration with the PIFRA HRM/CM wing for all EDOs and DOs (F&P) across NWFP at Peshawar from 20th to 22nd March 2006 to acquaint them with the new system as well as to assess their know-how about PIFRA. In addition to this, training of DDOs in the Districts identified as new sites in Punjab along with the training for System Administrators on HP Server was arranged in collaboration with Siemens Eng. Pak. Ltd on March 27th , 2006 for 3 days. More than 25 officers from various sites participated in this training. Similarly, training for Budget Officers from FD Balochistan was arranged at AATI Islamabad during the last week of March 2006 in which 19 officers and officials from Foreign office were trained as an aide for implementation of NAM/SAP System.
