Performance of Regional Directorate Quetta Under PIFRA

Quetta despite its current social, political and economic upheaval is not far away from the rest of the provinces in accomplishing its goals towards optimizing the utilization of its work force in meeting the desired goals and objectives as envisaged in the project. With the objective to upgrade the Treasury Offices in Balochistan, the pre-design survey of 7 treasury offices namely; Mastung, Chaman, Pishin, Dhadar, Sibi, Kalat and Khuzdar was conducted. The survey of these offices was conducted by the most striving and dedicated officers without whom it would have been a tough call. Mr. Mumtaz Anwar, DCE, RD Lahore accompanied by Mr. Rehan Akhtar, AO carried out the survey of Mastung, Chaman, Pishin, Dhadar and Sibi Treasury offices, while survey of Kalat and Khuzdar Treasury Offices were carried out by Mr. Abdul Rasheed DCE, RD Karachi.

AGPR sub-office Quetta has been shifted to a new location and with that the installation of LAN has successfully been completed so as to facilitate on site operations through SAP system. Moreover, progress has been achieved regarding conversion of District Budget from Chart of Classification to COA(NAM). With that 15 more Districts have successfully been transferred to the new COA.
